Your Summer Fat Loss.

Hi Guys,

Today I would like to talk a bit more about your summer fat loss.

www.getfitandyummy.com

When you start losing weight for the summer certain things happen to your body.

To begin with you are taking in less food.

To help prevent your body storing the food as fat, you need to change your eating routine.

To start with make sure that you eat something nutritious within 30 mins of getting up.

Make sure that there are plenty of carbohydrates in your breakfast to give yourself energy in the morning.
The next thing you need to consider is the size and frequency of your meals.

Go for meals that that contain about 300 calories.

That may not sound like a lot but I want you to eat 6 meals of 300 calories throughout the day.

That means you are feeding yourself about 1800 calories a day.

Make sure that you do not snack between meals.

It is the snacks that put fat on you.

Chances are that this is less food than you normally eat.

That is because most people eat more food each day than they require which is why they put on weight.

When you do not eat as much as usual you may become constipated for a few days.

This is perfectly natural because your body is getting used to not having so much food.

To help aid your digestion and help overcome the constipation make sure that you drink plenty of fluids.

I am not talking about fluids from carbonated drinks or something with lots of sugar.

Try drinking a glass of water every hour.

In  a few days your body will get used to the changes and it will get more regular.

Do not expect things to happen over night.

It takes time.

Hopefully by now you will have taken some time to think about your summer weight loss.

Tomorrow I will begin to look at the sort of diet you need to lose weight.

Have a healthy day.

Start Losing Weight For The Summer.

Hi Guys,

Today I would like to speak about losing weight for the summer.

www.pureandhealthy.com

I know it is only March, but now is the time to start thinking about losing weight for the summer.

I takes a few months to be able to lose a noticeable amount of weight.

People try to do it at the last minute and are often disappointed.

Summer is only about two months away, so you can only expect to lose a stone in weight maximum.

The longer you put off trying to lose weight for the summer, the less successful you will be.

Plan how you are going to lose the weight.

Are you going to exercise or cut back on your food?

When you have formulated your plan of action, then start it straight away.

The sooner you start, the more chance you will have of being successful with it.

The first few weeks are always the hardest.

Get the pain out of the way now so that you can enjoy yourself later.

There is nothing worse than rushing around trying to lose weight when your holiday is only a couple of weeks away.

 Do not put things off.

Set yourself a target date of 1st April to start your weight loss program.

Get everything in place before your start date.

Then you will have nothing to distract you from your weight loss program.

Go and start planning today.

Your start date is only 2 weeks away.

I hope you will start thinking about losing weight today.

Until next time,

Have a great day.

Be In Control Of Your Life To Give Yourself More Time To Lose Weight.

Hi Guys,

Today I would like to talk a bit about controlling your time.

myfertilitychoices.com

Many people these days seem to rush around all day being busy!!!

There is very little excuse for this.

They say they are always late for something.

The kids need to get to school.

You need to get to work.

You need to do the shopping.

All these are just excuses for poor time management.

You can make better use of your time by planning your next day the evening before.

If you seemed to be late the previous day then get up earlier the next day.

Giving yourself more time to do things will mean you are in a calmer frame of mind.

Try and get the kids to school five minutes before they need to be there.

Get to your work meeting at least five minutes before they are due to start.

Nothing give a more unprofessional image of someone who is late.

How many times has your boss been late to a meeting?

He is disrupting the days of people that can be bothered to be on time.

He is costing the company money by wasting his employees time while they are waiting for him to turn up.

This is what happens when you do not plan your day.

You end up not having the time to do the things you want to do.

Making sure that you have the time will mean you have more time to lose weight.

You will be in a more relaxed frame of mind.

You will be able to concentrate on the task at hand instead of worrying about the time.

You will feel more in control.

You will be controlling your time, not the time controlling you.

Being in control gives you more time to control your actions.

It will give you more time to be able to control your weight.

It will help you to feel less stressed.

Control your time and you will be more in control of your life.

Just take the time to prepare the night before.

Speak to you tomorrow.

Why Do Maried Women Put On Weight?

Today I would like to look at a question that so many women seem to ask.

Why do married women put on weight?

www.salon.com

Women tend to put on weight after they get married, for reasons that may not seem obvious.

One of the first reasons is that they may have left their job to bring up a child.

Giving up your job can mean that you are not as self conscious about your body because you do not have other women to compare it to.

When you are working there is more motivation to look good.

You subconsciously strive to look better than the women around you.

When you do not have the motivation then it can be difficult to pay as much atention to your weight.

That is one of the reasons that people try to lose weight for the summer.

They know that their will be a lot of competition because people do not wear as many clothes in the hot weather.

What else causes married women to put on weight?

Marriage tends to be a time when women think about having children.

Women's bodies may adjust to the increased weight linked to having a baby.

Women need to increase their fat reserves in order to have a healthy baby.

Single mother's tend to be thinner because they want to increase their chances of attracting a man.

Married women also found that the weight gain put off other men being flirtatious with them.

The increase in weight may also make them seem less confident and so not be expected to do as well as a more confident, weight appropriate person.

When you have had a child then your hormones change.

Your body tries to store more weight.

This goes back to when we were cavemen.

You needed to store fat for when food was scarce.

It is a natural instinct for survival.

You still want to be able to feed your child if their is not enough food for everyone.

In summary it is not necessarily your fault if you put on weight after you get married.

It is just your body doing what comes naturally to it.

I will speak to you again tomorrow.

How Do You Prefer To Lose Weight?

Hi Guys,

Today I want to look at how you prefer to lose weight.

www.thehealthyeatingguide.com

There are many ways to lose weight.

It is all about doing some research to see what works best for you.

Some people prefer to take it slowly and lose weight over many months.

On the other hand, some people try to lose weight as quickly as possible over a few weeks.

Generally speaking, those that try to lose weight quickly will put the weight back on just as quickly.

This is because their bodies do not get a chance to the new way that their body copes with the new way their body is receiving nutrition.

Instead of utilizing the nutrition more efficiently, it thinks that the body is starving and stores as much food as possible as fat for emergencies.

This will lead to a change in the way your body will look because it will have more fat reserves.

In order to prevent this happening you should try and lose the fat a lot slower.

Cut out the extra calories a few at a time.

This gives you body a chance to adapt to fewer calories and will make your body more efficient.

If you monitor your weight you will find that changes are not immediate.

They take time to have an effect.

If you try to lose weight over a longer period of time, you will generally be more successful.

That is because your body is getting used to the slight cut in calories and will be finding new ways to deal with this.

Let your body get used to gradual reductions in food and it will not think it is starving which would lead to fat storage.

Speak to you again tomorrow.

Regards,

Stephen Hart

How Long Does It Take To Lose Weight?

Hi Guys,

Today I would like to speak a bit about how long it takes to lose weight.

www.healthtap.com

A lot of people these days think that they canmn drastically reduce their weight in a very short time.

People who believe in this still believe in fairies at the bottom of their garden.

You CANNOT lose weight quickly and still remain healthy.

It takes time to lose the extra weight.

Your body has to have time to burn off the extra calories.

If you could burn off loads of calories every time you exercised the world would be full of skinny people.

The truth is that even if you do add exercise to your weight loss program, you still would not lose weight very quickly.

Your body is programmed to get energy from food in order to survive.

You need around 1800 calories a day just to remain as you are.

1800 calories a day will most probably still leave you feeling hungry.

If you piled up 1800 calories on a plate and told someone that is all you can eat each day they would most probably be shocked at how little it is.

Now think what you eat in a day?

Chances are you are eating more than you need.

Any excess calories are stored as fat.

In order to lose a pound of fat you would have to  walk  - wait for it -  over 43 miles.

You only burn about 80 calories a mile.

If you put on a pound of fat each week then you have to walk an EXTRA 43 miles each week just to stay where you are.

Chances are you do not walk much more than a few miles a day, or 14 miles a week.

Also think about how many excess calories you eat each week.

Now can you see why you are putting on weight.

Unless you are a very active person than it can be almost impossible to lose weight.

Because it takes so long to lose weight, a lot of people do not bother trying.

You need to change your eating habits and exercise habits to have any chance of losing weight.

Before that you that that extra donut, just think about all the extra effort it is going to take to lose the weight from that donut.

Think before you eat anything that is going to cause you to put on weight.

I hope this has given you cause to think before you eat to much.

Regards,

Stephen Hart
