Fat Burning Principle To Help You Lose Weight.

Hi Guys,

Today I want to talk to you about burning away the fat.

www.faithvillage.com

Wouldn't it be nice if you knew what foods helped you burn away the fat

Did you know that some foods actually stop you burning fat.

If you put certain foods together they will actually help your body burn more fat.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could eat whatever you want and not put on weight?

For most people this is just a dream

While that's unlikely, it is possible to speed up your metabolism, that little engine in your body that burns calories.

Did you know that a lot of so called healthy foods actually contain lots of sugar.

Things like fruit juice, low fat foods, healthy cereals to name but a few.

They take advantage of labeling.

They can be called low fat, but it does not tell you that as soon as you eat them, they turn to sugar and actually make you put on weight.

They also prevent you from losing fat.

When your blood sugar is high your body has to release insulin which causes your body to store fat not burn it.

This is not what you want.

The other things to remember is that not all carbs are healthy for you.

Things like bread and pasta will not help you burn the fat.

Not eating fat however will not help you lose weight.

When you eat good fat, you body will burn of the fat.

Those are fats from things like coconut oil, olive oil,  nuts and avocados.

Along with fats, processed foods contain lots of sugar and chemicals that prevents you from burning off fat.

It is eliminating these things from you diet that will help you burn fat more easily.

You can actually eat more if you get rid of the wrong foods.

If you want to find out more about fats you can and cannot eat as well as other great tips to help you lose weight, then I recommend you watch the video at the end of the page beneath my name.

I am sure you will find it useful.

Speak to you again tomorrow.

Best wishes,

Are There Any Health Benefits From Dried Fruit?

Hi Guys,

Today I will be looking at dried fruits and their health benefits.

greenlifeinsocal.com

Are there actually any benefits to eating dried fruit?

The answer to that is quite simply yes!!

Dried fruit  has been shown to help prevent cancer.

Raisins are a great way to help prevent constipation.

When eaten they absorb water which help to give relief to the stomach.

Be wary of eating too much dried fruit because they contain a lot of fructose or fruit sugar and so can lead to weight gain.

If you are diabetic you need to  be especially careful.

The next common dried fruit to look at are dates.

Dates are beneficial in improving sexual stamina.

A handful of dates, when soaked in fresh goat's milk for the night and then grinded in the same milk with cardamom powder and honey, becomes a very useful tonic for increasing sex stamina.

There are however some drawbacks of eating dried fruit.

Do NOT eat more than a couple of handfuls because this can lead to increased weight gain.

It is so easy to just keep on eating them but you must not.

You need fiber in your diet to improve regularity and promote bowel health, but too much fiber bothers your gut, especially if you do not normally consume high-fiber foods.

Dried fruits tend to be high in fiber.

The other thing to watch out for is that all the fructose in dried food can lead to tooth decay

It is always worth drinking plenty of water when you eat dried fruits.

Like with any other food you have to watch how much you eat.

Never eat too much.

Speak to you tomorrow.

Are You Nuts To Eat Nuts Whilst Dieting?

Hi Guys,

Today I am going NUTS!!!!

experthealthdoc.com

A lot of people are under the impression that nuts are bad for diets

They think that they are full of fat which cannot be good for you.

What you have to look at however if the type of fat.

People know that too much fat is bad for them.

However, not all fats are created equal.

Fats from things like sweets and donuts are just empty calories and so should be avoided at all costs.

Nuts however contain the good fats.

What do I mean by that?

There are certain things in nuts that are GOOD for you.

They are good for your heart and eyes.

Nut eaters have higher HDL (good) cholesterol and lower levels of C-reactive protein, a marker of inflammation in the body.

However you have to make sure that you do not eat too many nuts, because although they contain good fat, it can still make you fat.

Try and keep the number of nuts each day, down to about a handful.

So what are the best nuts for your health?

Here is a list of the good nuts.

Walnuts: people who ate walnuts improved cholesterol levels without gaining weight.

Almonds: Just 23 almonds per day provide one-third of your daily vitamin E dose.

Pistachios: This green nut is dubbed the “skinny” nut, because each has only three calories. Plus, if you shell them, they slow your eating speed and cut consumption.

Hazelnuts: Also known as filberts, hazelnuts have folate, a B vitamin important for preventing heart disease as well as certain cancers, Alzheimer’s disease and birth defects.

Pecans: contain gamma-tocopherol, a heart-healthy type of vitamin E that protects against unhealthy oxidation of LDL cholesterol in blood.

As you can see, nuts have great health benefits for your body.

Eat a handful each day to improve your health.

I hope that has put some of your fears to bed about eating nuts.

Skinny is not necessarily healthy

Hi Guys,

Today I want to talk a bit about becoming TOO skinny.

www.fitsugar.com

A lot of people these days are trying to lose weight

It seems to be an obsession.

A lot of people do not succeed in losing weight

However some people are successful.

The big question though is how skinny is healthy?

A study has shown  that an individual having relatively no weight troubles can be at risk of developing the same conditions as an obese individual without the proper amount of exercise.

That maybe a quite surprising statement for a lot of people.

Let us have a quick look at why this should be?

There is notion that overweight people are always sick and skinny people are generally healthy.

A lot of attention in the recent past has been placed on one’s body weight as the primary problem while forgetting about exercise

Clinicians have found that it is ideal to be lean and fit, but fit and fat comes in as a close second.

The important word is fit.

When you become too skinny, you do not have fat reserves to call upon in an emergency.

This is essential for your health.

The fat is required to protect your heart.

It supplies the energy it needs to keep beating

Without the extra fat, you could become liable to heart problems.

Fat is also required for your liver to function effectively.

As you can see, having too little fat on your body can be just as harmful as having too much fat.

My advice therefore is to make sure that you keep your body in balance by maintaining a normal weight and not to go too far in either weight loss or weight gain.

Just try and eat healthily and exercise about three times a week and you should not have an real issues.

I hope that comes as a bit of good news to you.

How To Look Slimmer In A Bikini.

Hi Guys,

Summer is on the way but your time is short.  You want to look good in a bikini so here are some tips for you.

backsippan.limitlessbeing.web.surftown.se

  1.  Stand sexyWhen you stand up straight, with your head held high and your shoulders back, it makes you look much taller, thinner, and it makes your breasts look bigger and perkier.
  2. Get a sexy tan.  Now that does not mean lying in the sun all day to get a tan.  Who has the time?  Get a tan from a can.  Use moisturizers with built in tanning, get a rub on tan or go and have a tan sprayed on.  A suntan makes you look healthier and sexier.
  3. Put your hair in a ponytail.  This gives the impression that you are taller and slimmer.  It also has the added bonus in that you do not get your hair in your face which could spoil your make up.
  4.  Use a bit of oil.  A lot of bikini use oil.  This makes your skin stand out and gives it a healthy glow.  It also shows off your curves more.
  5.  Multi-colored bikinis are a no no.  Stick to one dark color.  Guys are drawn to the color red, so if you want to attract a guy, try wearing red.
  6.  Say it with shoes.  If you are not at a beach maybe you are by a pool, then wear shoes that elongate your legs.  They make you look taller, slimmer and sexier.
  7. Cut back on the salt!   Salt encourages your body to retain water which can make you look bloated.  Keep away from salty foods such as crisps.  Instead try and drink plenty of water.

Follow these tips and you will look as sexy as you can get.

I hope you found this useful.

Do Not Hamper Your Weight Loss

Hi Guys,

Today I am going to speak a bit about how you can hamper your weight loss.

www.10000steps.org.au

Losing weight can be a slow and boring process.

Every time you jump on the scales to see how much you have lost you generally get off the scales a bit disappointed.

You ask yourself "Is it really worth it?"

The answer to that is always YES.

Every bit of weight that you lose improves your health.

The only problem is that it is a SLOW process

It is not always easy.

If it was then there would not be an obesity problem in the world.

The thing to remember is NOT to GIVE UP.

Everyone will hit a point in their weight loss when it does not seem to be working anymore.

It is at times like these that you have to think about changing how you are LOSING WEIGHT.

You body gets used to doing the same things over and over again.

Rather than just giving up, swap you methods of losing weight.

If you were only cutting back on how much you eat, try and do a bit of exercise.

If you are getting bored with the exercise you are doing, SWAP it for a different form of exercise.

If you are getting bored with one type of diet, then SWAP it for a different one.

There is no end of different ways to lose weight, the only thing stopping you is your WILL POWER and IMAGINATION.

Do not let these things get in the way of your WEIGHT LOSS GOALS.

Use them to give you more MOTIVATION TO SUCCEED in your WEIGHT LOSS.

At the end of the day it is all down to YOU.

I will speak to you tomorrow.

Best wishes,

Stephen Hart
