Weight Loss Traps For Women

Hi Guys,

Today I will be talking about weight loss traps for women.

The biggest problem with women trying to lose weight is their overall approach to weight loss.

They tend to focus on the short term goals and neglect the long term goals

Most women restrict their calories too much too soon.

You need to change the way you approach weight loss.

When a woman is trying to lose weight she seems to ficus on the foods she cannot eat.

You will get a better mind set if you think about the foods that you CAN eat.

Focus on eating more healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables and forget the highly processed foods and those that contain refined sugar.

It is these that are putting weight on you.

Try and forget about them.

The less you think about them, the less tempted you will be to eat them.

You have to start thinking what you can eat and not what you cannot eat.

This will make the diet less of a burden on your mind.

Clean foods are innately more satisfying and less calorie dense than processed, boxed, and overly sugared foods, allowing you to eat more food, while eating fewer calories.

You can also change your mind set to how many calories you can eat.

If you feel that you need to eat a bit more then do some exercise beforehand.

This will burn up some fat and eating will not have such a great impact on weight gain.

Be careful however not to eat to much.

A 30 minute walk will only burn around 200 calories or to put it another way, the same calories in 2 biscuits.

Walking for about an hour a day every day will burn off just under a pound of fat a week.

Think about that before you decide to have your next treat.

Try and get out of the habit of rewarding yourself.

All you end up doing is putting back on the weight you have tried so hard to lose.

One advantage of doing exercise each day is that it will increase your metabolic rate, which in turn burns more calories.

In summary, focus on your long term goal of weight loss, do not give yourself treats and try and get more exercise.

Making these changes to the way you live your life will help you look and feel fitter.

I will speak to you again tomorrow.
