Best Way To Lose Weight.

In order to start losing weight you have to change what you are doing that caused you to put on weight in the first place.

Depending how much extra weight you have on your body will determine how long it takes to lose.

I am not going to give you a secret program to lose weight.

They do not exist.

You can only really expect to lose about 2 pounds a week.

I know people  on television programs like the biggest loser lose more than this but lets us have a quick look at the facts about these progams.

These people are doing exercise for around 6 hours a day.

The average person cannot do do this because they have to go to work each day.

People on these programs are trained by professionals.

Chances are,  you do not have a professional working with you.

I teach people how to lose weight at a local gym but a lot of them expect to lose weight quicker than they actually do.

The biggest problem is teaching people what they can realistically expect to lose in a month.

The figure they should be looking at is about half a stone.

If you set their goals and dreams to high then they will become despondent.

You need to set a figure that they can achieve.

In this course this is the figure I will be setting you.

It is a realistic figure and should be easy to attain.

Although it is relatively easy to reach this figure it will take some work

You must be prepared to put in the work or you will not lose weight.

Tomorrow I will start at looking at some of the changes you will have to start making in your life.

It is the first day of changing how you look.
