Trying To Improve Your Health

Hi Guys,

I think I just be  talking to the wrong group of people because I got no replies to yesterday's blog post.

Are you really so fit and healthy that you do not want to do anything about your weight?

Are you all confident that you will be in great shape and can show off your body in a bikini this summer without feeling self conscious?

The summer is not very far away.

In order to lose weight you must start now.

To lose weight healthily and keep it off you can only expect to lose about 2 pounds a week or lets just say half a stone a month.

I am just using an average.

I know 2 pounds a week is about 8 pounds a  month.

It is no good leaving your weight loss to the last minute.

It takes time to get into a weight loss habit.

If it was so easy we would not be facing an obesity epidemic.

In the UK alone it is costing the NHS over 5 billion pounds a year.

That money could be better spent on treatments that are not caused by people 's lack of caring for themselves.

It is increasing waiting times to get into hospitals.

It is wasting resources.

Just think, your child may need hospital treatment but the beds are full up with people with obesity problems.

How guilty would you feel knowing that you are taking up a bed because you are not thinking about your weight and causing children to have to wait longer for treatment?

Imagine how annoyed you would feel if it was your child that had to wait to get into hospital.

Do something about your weight today.

I can offer you FREE advice.

So what are you waiting for?

Regards,

Stephen Hart
