When is The Best Time Of The Day To Exercise?

Hi Guys,

Today I am going to look at the best time of the day to exercise.






 Everyone is busy at different times of the day.

Some mothers are busy getting the children ready for school and do not have time in the morning.

Others are too tired in the morning.

Some people prefer to do exercise in the evening when they have got more time

The point of this article is when is the best time not when is it convenient to you.

 The best time is in the morning and I will tell you why.

 You literally wake up your body when you begin the day with physical activity, and you will reap the benefits throughout your day. 

When you have exercised in the morning your metabolism is higher throughout the day.

You body therefore is burning more calories.

That is why you feel more tired throughout the day.
 
Your energy level will be increased for the day, plus you will have your exercise finished before it can be interrupted by your normal daily schedule.

  Running is a great way to begin the morning and burns calories quickly

If you prefer to walk, make sure you do so at a fast pace to get your heart rate up. 

Or go to the gym and take advantage of the variety of equipment and classes available.

 Exercising in the morning will also help you sleep better at night.

It will enable you to get a deeper and more relaxing nights sleep.

People who do not get a good nights sleep are more likely to eat more the next day.

Exercising late at night will give your body less time to relax and get a good nights sleep.

I appreciate that not everyone can train in the morning, but if you possibly can then you should do it.
